Plain English. No legal fog. This page is about the marketing site, not the desktop suite.
The theme toggle writes swarfe-theme to localStorage so we remember light or dark. The waitlist form may also keep a local copy of your email under swarfe-waitlist if the signup server is unreachable, so a local preview still works. Both stay on this browser. No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics cookies.
If you join the waitlist we send your email (and which plan you were looking at) to our list provider so we can tell you when SWARFE launches. We do not sell the list. You can unsubscribe from any mail we send.
SWARFE itself is local-first. Projects, caches and exports live on your disk. There is no required cloud account to open your own files. Subject cutout and develop run on-device.
Nothing is charged today. When launch checkout exists, card details will go to the payment processor — not to us as a stored number. This page will be updated before that switch.
